About the role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Architect with 8+ years of overall IT/CRM experience and strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, particularly Salesforce Field Service .
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Field Service implementations
- Design solutions for complex scheduling, routing, resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce optimization requirements
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, reusable components, and implementation patterns
- Conduct architecture and design reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise Salesforce strategy
- Work experience should include creating custom user interfaces with Visual force, developing custom business logic in APEX
