- Provide functional support and configuration for SAP Service Management (SM) processes
- Manage end-to-end processes covering service notifications, service orders, repairs, warranties, service contracts, and service billing
- Configure and support service order types, notification types, status profiles, partner determination, pricing, and billing processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions
- Troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution
