About the role
The Information Security Awareness & Training Specialist is responsible for planning, administering, and continuously improving the organization's security awareness program using the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform. The role focuses on building a strong security culture by delivering engaging training, conducting phishing simulations, measuring user behavior, and reporting program effectiveness to management.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the annual Information Security Awareness and Training Plan
- Administer the KnowBe4 platform, including user provisioning, campaign scheduling, and content management
- Design role-based awareness programs for employees, contractors, privileged users, executives, and third parties
- Maintain the security awareness calendar aligned with business initiatives and regulatory requirements
- Continuously improve awareness content based on emerging cyber threats and organizational risk
