About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior nCino Business Analyst with strong Commercial Banking and Lending domain knowledge to support nCino implementation and transformation programs. The role requires strong understanding of Commercial Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, Underwriting, Approval and Lending workflows , along with proven Business Analysis and stakeholder-management capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead requirement-gathering and discovery workshops with Commercial Lending, Credit, Risk and Operations stakeholders
- Analyse As-Is lending processes and define optimized To-Be processes using nCino capabilities
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Support configuration and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System / Commercial Lending capabilities
- Work across the lending lifecycle including customer onboarding, loan origination, credit assessment, underwriting, credit memo, approval, documentation and closing
