About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment Accounting. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, accounting platforms, data migration, system integration, and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM).
What you'll do
- Lead business discussions, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, operations teams, product owners
- Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and prioritize business and functional requirements
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), use cases, process flows, business rules, user stories
- Develop and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents for data migration, conversion, and system integration initiatives
- Perform source-data analysis, data lineage assessment, field-level mapping, transformation-rule definition, reconciliation, and target-data validation
