About the role
We are looking for 7 to 9 yrs of experienced and hands-on SSIS and SQL Server Support Tech Lead to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our core database and data integration environments. In this role, you will lead a team of support and database engineers, handle critical production incidents, optimize slow-running queries, and ensure high availability of our MS SQL Server and SSIS infrastructure
What you'll do
- Production Support & Incident Management: Lead the triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production issues related to SQL Server databases, jobs
- Monitoring & Tooling: Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Agent, and performance monitoring tools
- Lead a team of support and database engineers, handle critical production incidents, optimize slow-running queries
