About the role
TechOps Engineer – Digital Science and Automated Solutions (DSAS) Working Hours - We need resources who can work to support US hours, IST hours will be 12:30 AM till 10:30 AM Monday to Friday
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, maintain, and improve production infrastructure as code (IaC) in Amazon Web Services (AWS), with a focus on quality, performance, scalability
- Operate and support containerized environments, including Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, and Kubernetes
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, operating systems (Windows, Linux, and Unix), databases, networks, and cloud-hosted applications
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, problem investigation, and service recovery. Document findings, corrective actions, and follow-up work as required
- Develop, automate, implement, and test secure deployment practices, backup and recovery processes, and disaster recovery procedures
