About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Banking, specializing in Lending and Credit. The role will involve working across the end-to-end lending and credit lifecycle, translating business objectives and requirements into scalable business and technology solutions.
What you'll do
- Analyse and define end-to-end lending and credit processes, covering Lead/Origination, Application, Credit Assessment, Underwriting, Approval, Documentation
- Lead As-Is / To-Be process analysis, identify process gaps, pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and digital transformation
- Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs and collaborative working sessions
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, business rules, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and functional specifications
- Collaborate with Technology and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into solution designs, APIs, system interfaces and integration requirements
