About the role
The Fabric Platform Engineer will implement and configure the Microsoft Fabric platform foundation, including workspaces, platform settings, OneLake shortcuts, monitoring and operational setup. The role will translate approved architecture and platform standards into a secure, reliable and operationally ready environment.
What you'll do
- Provision and configure Microsoft Fabric workspaces, capacities and platform resources in line with approved architecture
- Implement workspace structures, access permissions, environment configurations and naming conventions
- Configure OneLake shortcuts and required platform connectivity and integration settings
- Support Fabric tenant and workspace administration, including relevant configuration and access management
- Implement platform monitoring, operational dashboards, alerting and health checks
