About the role
We're looking for a Salesforce Solutions Developer who thrives on building innovative solutions. In this role, you'll independently design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow, and APIs. You'll work primarily across our Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments, including hands-on work with Agentforce and other AI-driven capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) that provide intuitive, high-performing user experiences
- Develop and support solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including case management, automation, and campaign functionality
- Build and configure Agentforce and other AI-driven capabilities that support customer service and marketing initiatives
- Design scalable Salesforce data models that balance business requirements, security, reporting, and platform performance
