MDM request from caller/requestor Creation/Amend in the tools (like SAP-Ariba MDM, Oracle12-MDM, Coupa-MDM etc.) Validating request fulfilment as per SOP guidelines and process the request. Communicating the with caller/requestor for missing information. Onboarding Customer, Supplier/Vendor based on onboarding forms.
