About the role
The Network Security Specialist advisor will engage in daily maintenance and operations of the Firewall, Prisma. The Network Security Specialist Advisor will work primarily with Network Security products from different vendors like, Palo Alto, FortiGate.
What you'll do
- The Network Security Specialist Advisor would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment
- Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment
- CCIE R &S / Data centre
- Strong knowledge on App-id, use of app filters
- Expert in troubleshooting issues with packet captures, debugs on Pal Alto and Fortinet FW
