About the role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to support the development, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions for clients in the banking and insurance sector. The successful candidate will have hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), and exposure to ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
What you'll do
- Configure, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements in line with functional requirements, technical standards, and security policies
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow components, including catalog items, record producers, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes
- Configure and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
- Assist in the configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response workflows
