About the role
Manage business engagement for Talent Analytics and Insights across P&C / HR stakeholder groups. Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and the IT Data COE for talent analytics, operational reporting, data requirements, and data quality. Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise business requirements for reporting, dashboards, analytics products, and insights use cases.
