About the role
The Opportunity Are you a detail-oriented, highly analytical finance professional with deep experience in expense reimbursement operations, international disbursements, and month-end accounting? We are looking for a Senior Expense Accountant to drive our operational expense accounting and payment processes across our 50+ international entities.
What you'll do
- Expense Operations & Escalations: Review/approve/reimburse expense reports in your assigned entities
- Manage high-volume regional shared inboxes (International/India), categorizing and resolving employee inquiries, Expensify workflow escalations
- Serve as an escalation point and mentor, providing internal guidance, clarification, and training to junior team members on complex policy interpretations
- Own, audit, and update the global repository of 1,600+ bank templates for evolving banking standards
- Prepare, upload, and route international entity and India payment files for designated managerial approvals
