What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants to achieve customer outcomes and project deliverables
- Develop architectural strategies in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams to enhance customer benefits
- Drive effective project management, ensuring customer satisfaction through a customer-centric approach
- Generate growth plans based on customer trends and deliver detailed performance reports to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of collaboration, education, and professional development within the team
