In this role, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Product Adoption & Insights.
What you'll do
- Partner with Product Managers, Customer Success, Sales, Renewals, Engineering
- Define and evolve adoption frameworks, telemetry requirements, customer health metrics, and executive reporting
- Build AI-powered actionable insights that help Customer Success and Account teams proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify new opportunities and drive prioritization
- Drive stakeholder alignment and enablement across Product, Customer Success, Field, and Corporate Strategy organizations
