About the role
Lead the strategic direction, governance, and operational execution of the Enterprise Asset Management Program as a senior individual contributor and enterprise program owner. Develop and maintain the enterprise asset management strategy, roadmap, maturity plan, policies, standards, and governance processes across IT, OT, cloud, IoT, and connected technologies.

- Develop and maintain the enterprise asset management strategy, roadmap, maturity plan, policies, standards, and governance processes across IT, OT, cloud, IoT
- Define and implement controls to identify unmanaged, unknown, unauthorized, or vulnerable assets and partner with stakeholders to reduce risk, improve resilience
- Support cybersecurity and compliance requirements aligned with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CMMC, CIS Controls, the EU Cyber Resilience Act
- Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Technology, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Finance
