About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Analyst specializing in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits. In this role, you will design and apply deep Workday expertise to govern complex payroll, accrual, and time configurations. You will drive innovation across pay related processes, lead cross functional initiatives, and translate business needs into clear, user focused system designs.
What you'll do
- Maintain business processes, domains, and task routing related to payroll, time, and absence
- Act as a lead for cross-functional projects through ongoing requirements gathering, design, test, deployment
- Partner closely with COE leaders to understand business needs and translate into technical requirements; influence design decisions and resolve complex Workday issues
- Evaluate Workday semiannual releases and identify features that improve payroll accuracy, compliance, and processing efficiency
- Recommend and implement process and system enhancements, including automation and error-reduction strategies
