About the role
The Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity ecosystem. This role will support all core M365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, External Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft 365 Groups, and related collaboration platforms.
What you'll do
- Microsoft 365 Administration & Engineering
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 services across a global enterprise
- Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, licensing, governance, and service health
- Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 architecture standards and operational procedures
