About the role
Manage the S2C platform roadmap and support approach. Drive the multi-year Source-to-Contract ecosystem plan and manage the support model, service levels, and supplier partnerships within authority limits. Ensure platform reliability, security, and configuration standards. Maintain system stability, uphold configuration standards, and coordinate role-based access and audit readiness across the platform.
