What you'll do

• Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers building employee-facing products across web, native mobile, and agentic AI experiences
• Define the engineering vision, architecture, multi-quarter roadmap, and success measures for a cohesive employee productivity platform serving a global workforce
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, HR, Security, Privacy, SRE, and enterprise technology teams to translate employee needs into clear priorities and measurable outcomes
• Plan and manage team execution, including project prioritization, capacity planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and predictable delivery
