About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead the evolution of our AI-powered employee experiences across web, native mobile, and agentic interfaces. You will build and guide a high-performing engineering team responsible for products that help NVIDIA employees find information, get work done, and navigate personalized, intelligent journeys at global scale.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers building employee-facing products across web, native mobile, and agentic AI experiences
- Define the engineering vision, architecture, multi-quarter roadmap, and success measures for a cohesive employee productivity platform serving a global workforce
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, HR, Security, Privacy, SRE, and enterprise technology teams to translate employee needs into clear priorities and measurable outcomes
- Plan and manage team execution, including project prioritization, capacity planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and predictable delivery
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across web and mobile clients, cloud-native services, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise integrations through design reviews
