What you'll do
- Lead the productization of power and thermal controllers from pre-silicon planning through bring-up, tuning, validation, and production
- Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to define controller requirements, identify improvements
- Characterize and tune controller behaviour across workloads, operating conditions, silicon variation, and product power and thermal limits
- Correlate silicon behaviour with pre-silicon expectations and resolve complex problems involving silicon, firmware, software, power delivery, thermal
- Develop and execute tuning strategies that improve power and thermal control while increasing product performance within built operating limits
