About the role
As a Senior SQE, you will have the opportunity to work closely with NVIDIA's suppliers and manufacturing partners to develop and implement outstanding quality programs for PCBAs, system boards, and networking switches. Your primary responsibility will be to represent NVIDIA's supplier quality interests, collaborating with internal engineering and operations teams to improve product quality, reliability, manufacturing performance, and supplier execution.
What you'll do
- Responsible to lead end-to-end supplier quality activities for PCBAs, system boards, and networking switch products
- Drive supplier quality activities throughout the product lifecycle, including supplier readiness, NPI, qualification, production ramp, and sustaining phases
- Collaborate with engineering organizations to investigate and resolve board- and system-level failures, including electrical, mechanical, manufacturing
- Lead failure investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies
- Monitor supplier quality performance using quality metrics and statistical methods, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous quality improvement programs
