About the role
We are looking for a Senior Systems Software Engineer to join a team of skilled and motivated engineers. This is deep systems engineering paired with full-stack ownership to develop highly optimized streaming stack, achieve ultra low latencies, strike the right balance between portability and performance and bring GeForce Now to the leanest of consumer devices.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain features across the full Android application stack — Input, Networking, Video Rendering, UI, App Packaging and Distribution
- Define and develop performance benchmarking for targeted impact analysis - profile and continuously tune the software across networking, CPU, GPU
- Innovate, design, and develop features that improve video latency, quality, performance, reliability, security
- Own features from scoping through delivery — breaking down work, drafting technical requirements and design documents, tracking milestones
- Contribute actively to code and design reviews, team processes, and methodologies
