About the role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of high-impact technical initiatives across our e-commerce platform’s revenue streams: Direct, partner, and channel. In this role, you will lead and run programs focused on growing revenue and lead generation, optimizing the shopper journey, improving systems, and scaling our digital storefront.
What you'll do
- Leading the delivery lifecycle of core e-commerce projects, driving timelines for features across various business segments, catalog management, product launches
- Running complex projects from writing requirements through launch, including implementing and running project schedules, meeting with engineering teams
- Coordinating and documenting requirements, planning timelines, driving meetings with various collaborators as well as communicating progress
- Monitoring and reporting on program health, operational and revenue metrics, and finding opportunities
- Increase revenue and conversion, improve buyer journeys, and strategize new concepts for growth in your owned areas
