About the role
Executive : L&D at NXG Food Safety Works. We are looking for a skilled co-ordinator who will be able to augment the training team to ensure the trainings are effectively planned.
What you'll do
- Should be able to interface with the clients to effectively co-ordinate and also grow the business
- Reach out to customers to understand their training requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to training activities
- Work with the customers to plan the trainings and publish a training calendar
- Schedule the trainings, maintain the LMS and ensure the same is delivered flawlessly
