What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of new Workday Financials enhancements, reports, and integrations
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday solutions that deliver measurable business impact
- Direct and mentor other developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables through code review and coaching
- Deliver a solution-focused user experience, communicating clearly, setting realistic expectations, and following through with actions that address business needs
- Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, reports, and integrations within the Workday Financials ecosystem
