Vice President – Fund Accounting (Global Opportunities, Value Opportunities and Emerging Markets Opportunities) at OCM. Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead and develop a high-performing team of fund accountants across varying levels, including input into hiring, onboarding.
What you'll do
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead and develop a high-performing team of fund accountants across varying levels, including input into hiring, onboarding
- Resource and Capacity Planning: Assess resourcing requirements, allocate work across the team
- Review Support: Partner with fund accounting teams in other Oaktree offices to onboard reviews for selected co-investment funds and overflow assignments
- Review partner and investor allocations, incentive calculations, capital calls, distributions and other capital activity in accordance with governing documents
- Review fund and client-specific performance calculations and consolidated information across the strategy, as applicable
