About the role
As a DevOps Engineer at 8byte, you will own and drive infrastructure, deployment, and automation workflows across our cloud-native platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to build reliable, scalable, and secure systems that power our AI products for BFSI clients across India and the GCC.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across environments
- Own deployment and operations of containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including production environments
- Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools, primarily Terraform, with a focus on consistency, repeatability, and security
- Drive monitoring and observability strategy using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of infrastructure and deployment issues, reducing repeat incidents over time
