About the role
We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2 years of experience in software testing to test web applications and AI-powered features, identify issues, and ensure product quality and reliability. **Please apply only if you are currently based in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, or anywhere in North India**
What you'll do
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing
- Test AI features for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and unexpected responses
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar
- Test different inputs, edge cases, and user scenarios for AI applications
