About the role
We are looking for a Visa Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in assisting students with study abroad opportunities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of student visa application processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide students through their overseas education journey.
What you'll do
- Counsel students and parents about study abroad programs, courses, universities, and visa requirements
- Assist students in preparing and reviewing visa documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, embassy regulations, and international education policies
- Coordinate with universities and external stakeholders for admission and visa processing
- Handle student queries related to application, visa interview preparation, and travel arrangements
