The AR Associate is accountable to manage day to day activities of Denials Processing/ Claims follow-up/ Customer Service Call Insurance carrier, document the notes in software and spreadsheet and take appropriate Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project

- Call Insurance carrier, document the notes in software and spreadsheet and take appropriate
- Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor
- Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
- Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time
