About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and turning data into actionable insights that help drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What you'll do
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (internal databases, CRM tools, external sources, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support key stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from datasets to support strategic initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations
- Collaborate with departments (marketing, sales, HR, finance, operations) to support their analytical needs
