About the role
The Team Lead will take ownership of the design, implementation, and governance of SaaS, Microsoft 365 and End User Compute. This role involves managing a dynamic team, driving adoption of best practices, and defining policies that guide the use of these technologies across the organization.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals managing SaaS, Microsoft 365 and EUC
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and End User Compute
- Drive the adoption and integration of automation to streamline IT operations and enhance user productivity
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the current technology stack
- Define and enforce policies for the usage, security, and governance of Microsoft 365
