About the role
The Lead Implementation Engineer is a technical delivery person who partners with government customers to bring OpenGov cloud software to life across the most complex and highest-stakes deployments.
What you'll do
- Own the technical strategy and solution architecture for the most complex, multi-module government implementations across the United States
- Set the standard for configuration and data reviews across the implementation organization
- Lead data architecture for customer migrations, defining source-to-target mapping strategies, ETL frameworks, reconciliation controls
- Resolve critical technical blockers escalated from active implementations, performing root-cause analysis on data integrity, performance
- Lead requirements discovery with executive and technical stakeholders, pressure-testing assumptions, resolving conflicting departmental needs
