What you'll do
- A Technical consultant at Open Text works closely with other Professional Service Consultants in the delivery of Documentum Projects
- Attending new business meetings with the business development team to act as the subject matter expert as required
- Understand customer needs and develop high-quality presentations, proposals and software demonstrations that speak of these needs
- Lead a team of consultants reporting to a project manager while assigned to active customer engagements
- Collaborate with the project manager to define the project plan, risk mitigation plan, quality checklists and regularly communicate status to the project manager
