- Set technical direction, service boundaries, and standards, and guide engineering teams through highly complex design, migration, and infrastructure decisions
- Define the microservices decomposition strategy (e.g., strangler-fig pattern) and service/domain boundaries for the monolith
- Own the technical roadmap for migrating from .NET Framework to modern .NET (.NET 8+)
- Architect containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes deployment topology for Linux environments, including networking, scaling, and service mesh considerations
