About the role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 8+ years of IT experience and a strong background in ERP or Workday implementation along with Automation Testing . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, drive testing and quality assurance initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP or Workday implementation projects
- Manage multiple implementation and testing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Oversee automation testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across ERP/Workday implementations
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, testing approach, and delivery milestones
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and project governance
