Stay updated with Oracle/Workday updates and enhancements to keep training materials current. Certification in Oracle modules is highly desirable. Proven experience (2+ years) delivering SCM module training in Oracle environments. Have sound knowledge of learning theories such as adult learning principles.
What you'll do
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, gaps, and learning objectives
- Prepare training materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and other supporting documents
- Lead hands-on workshops, one-on-one training, and support sessions to reinforce learning
