About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps & Toolchain Manager to lead a team of six engineers in an agile (Scrum) environment. This role involves managing the infrastructure and toolchain supporting embedded software development, with a strong focus on communication, cybersecurity, and innovation through AI integration.
What you'll do
- Team Leadership & Agile Management
- Functional management of a 6-person team using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Sprint planning and task tracking using JIRA
- Mentoring and supporting team members in their technical and professional growth
- Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders including IT Group, Cybersecurity teams, embedded software project teams, and top management
