About the role
Quality Engineering Manager is responsible to oversee Quality Engineering functions for the Technical Center. This position is responsible to develop and implement systems and procedures to assure Quality Products are launched through the Development process to Production facilities. Promotes and exemplifies lnergy's Global Leadership Model to all associate in support of Inergy’s Global Mission, Values and Objectives.
What you'll do
- Responsible to supervise and develop direct reports. Manages the objective setting process
- Establish and maintain an effective system of communication and information flow cross-functionally and throughout the company
- Set up and tracking department objective and budget through
- Keep communication with customer and support to QE to smooth customer APQP/PPAP & CAPA progress
- Facilitate project hand over to plant with proper methodology implementation
