Construction Manager, Data Center Facilities Development

About the role

We are hiring a Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of AI data center infrastructure construction in Hyderabad, India. The role is based at the project site and is responsible for safe, compliant, high-quality delivery across multiple contractors and specialist vendors. It focuses on disciplined control of site works, construction processes, quality, commissioning readiness, and handover in live or new-build data center environments.

What you'll do

• Lead on-site construction delivery for AI and high-density infrastructure, including base build and fit-out readiness, power, cooling, containment, and enabling works
• Manage contractors and vendors across CSA, MEP, controls and BMS, fire, security, and specialist packages
• Drive construction workflows including RFIs, submittals, ITPs, inspections, NCRs, punch lists, progressive turnover, and closeout
• Coordinate sequencing and interfaces across trades to protect milestones and remove site constraints quickly
• Own site readiness and logistics, including access control, permits, RAMS, workface planning, and cleanliness or controlled-environment requirements
