About the role

The Global Finance Information Center (GFIC) supports centralized finance operations across multiple regions. Within Accounts Receivable, the Cash Applications team manages customer payments and helps ensure receipts are accurately identified, applied, reconciled, and reflected against the appropriate customer invoices.

What you'll do

• Lead Cash Application operations for assigned LAD countries
• Ensure customer payments are identified and accurately applied to the appropriate AR invoices
• Ensure timely and accurate cash posting
• Monitor unapplied and unidentified cash and drive appropriate resolution
• Ensure customer-account and cash-application reconciliations are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
