About the role
You will develop courses, hands-on labs, demonstrations, assessments, and certification-aligned learning materials, with particular emphasis on one or more of the following domains: Grants Management, Project Financial Management, Project Execution Management, Risk Management, Receivables, and Collections.
What you'll do
- Create practical learning assets: Develop instructor-led and digital courses, hands-on labs, demonstrations, learner guides, job aids, assessments
- Build realistic business scenarios: Design and validate end-to-end use cases covering financial transactions, project costing and billing, grants administration
- Translate technical complexity into learning: Explain configurations, business processes, integrations, reporting, security, data migration
- Deliver expert-led training: Facilitate selected workshops, recorded learning sessions, product demonstrations
- Drive continuous improvement: Use learner feedback, certification outcomes, customer needs, and product changes to enhance learning effectiveness and content quality
