About the role
As a Principal Software Engineer , you will design, build, and scale complex cloud-based applications and services that power Oracle Health Data Intelligence products. You’ll be responsible for defining system architecture, developing robust and secure applications, and mentoring junior engineers.
What you'll do
- Drives feature development within an application
- Partners across QA and engineering teams to discuss changes impacting an application's functionality and ensures quality and consistency across specific applications
- Considers designs of the existing software architecture when developing code for applications
- Translates requirements and features into a structured, scalable, maintainable, and performant code plan for an application
- Contributes to establishing the dependencies (e.g., API) associated with the functionality of an application
