About the role
We are seeking a Senior Software Development engineer to join the Raw Metal Cloud (RMC) team and help deliver reliable, scalable AI infrastructure. RMC builds the software platform that manages the AI infrastructure lifecycle, from hardware onboarding and inventory through networking, provisioning, validation, rack certification, and customer handoff.
What you'll do
- Design and develop backend services and APIs for collecting, processing, and publishing telemetry from ILOM, Powershelf, PSU, PQM, BMS and related infrastructure devices
- Build reliable telemetry integrations with monitoring platforms and storage services, including Poseidon
- Develop device initialization, configuration, certificate provisioning, and certificate rotation workflows
- Implement device health monitoring and automate device repair workflows
- Build operational tools, dashboards, and alarms to improve troubleshooting and reduce manual effort
