About the role
The Runbooks team, within Operator Tools, builds the platform that makes operational knowledge available to engineers when they need it.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable platform services, APIs, and user-facing capabilities
- Own components and improve their integration with other services while maintaining a reliable experience for existing users
- Improve operational guidance and feedback workflows, including thoughtful applications of AI where appropriate
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and deliver durable fixes that improve service reliability
- Use service metrics and user feedback to improve performance, resilience, and usability
