About the role
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native software solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
What you'll do
- Containerization and Orchestration: Develop, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability
- Software Engineering and API Development: Develop and optimize Java-based software components and APIs, applying software design principles, concurrency concepts
- Production Reliability and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application, infrastructure, networking, and integration issues while improving observability
- Security and Operational Excellence: Implement cloud security best practices, support vulnerability remediation, and contribute to maintenance, patching, monitoring
- Cross-Functional Engineering Collaboration: Partner with development, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver software enhancements, conduct code reviews
